Still waiting for compensation From Last October

Igot mugged and Robbed. I put in a claim and they Have not paid me anything'.I sent them papers from Police /Pasport office & Visa Office.and other reciepts but they asked me for Taxi reciepts for the Jouney's to and from Embasy .I took Tuk Tuks so dont have any .And I told them so. I havent heard back from them.And not a Penny has gone into my Bank.I renewed My Insurance while this was going on but would not have renewed with them if I had Known they dont pay out Also the renewal was twice as Much.posibly because I had put in a claim yet I didn't get anything Reviewed on: 5th August 2019
