Very easy to set up good customer service

I have to say it was really easy to complete the registration and get a quote. I stupidly put the wrong email address but when I contacted customer service they were quick to respond realise my error and even quicker for them to correct my stupid error. They even resent the policy to corrected email account. Really impressed how it was handled.. so I feel confident that if the worst was to happen to my clarinet they will be just as efficient.
