Efficient, friendly and affordable

They are efficient and friendly while ensuring that clients are satisfied in as many was as possible. While I personally encountered complications whilst attempting to renew online as a bug in the website meant I was unable to update my personal details and insurance start date, the team on the phones were promptly able to fix my issues and within a 5 minutes my cover was renewed with updated personal details and the desired cover start date.
