Take no responsibility for claims

I claimed a windscreen replacement under this insurance. I had to wait 3 weeks for my car to fitted in with their approved repairer. The windscreen was eventually repaired but they left all the glass rattling around in the tailgate. Windscreen are taking no responsibility for it, when Autoglass a competitor confirmed the glass could be removed. Insure Pink are not dealing with National Windscreen and passing me on to them. Not the service I expect from an insurance company. Interestingly, there is no phone number or email for complaints. You need to write a letter. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
