As a passenger that lost his carry on baggage when it was mistakenly taken by another passenger with the same case I am delighted to see the new products on luggage loss and delay and that they can be linked to a mobile phone payment system. Just, Travel insurance was recommended to me by a long time friend. The customer service employee I spoke to was very patient, listening to my needs as I m partially disabled, and travelling to the other side of the world. The policy was sorted quickly and professionally and fee taken over the phone. Obviously I have not experience of making a claim to review that. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

I have used Just travel for the last few years. Every year when the renewal arrives I shop around for a better price but can’t find one.
