Great company, perfect for first time buyers

L&C were great for us as first time buyers. They provided all the information we needed and not having to pay for their services was a huge bonus and allowed us to put extra money towards our deposit. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

The intial search was great, they kept me informed all along the way and it couldn't have been any better. It all went wrong when we hit the next stage. The person handling next steps went missing, didn't reply to messages. In the end I asked to have my case transferred back to the original point of contact who got things back on track. I went to remortgage at the end of my current deal and they were useless. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
