Fantastic company with amazing customer service!

We've been using L&C for years, for our first mortgage, re-mortgaging and now in the process of sorting our new mortgage out on our next property. Every time we need something we're always hugely impressed buy the level of customer service and willingness to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we always come away knowing exactly what we discussed and our different options. Easy to get in contact with, and very reliable. A special mention to Joseph Winfield who we've always used, he cant do enough for us and we appreciate the time he spends with us, making sure we understand different options and helping us make decisions. From start to finish the whole experience was superb. Christopher talked us through the process and explained the various steps and how to complete our application. Excellent service - would highly recommend.

Mine was a complicated remortgage to move house in the middle of a fixed term agreement but L&C made it as straightforward as possible and took a lot of stress out of the situation. I have used L&C three times now and will continue to do so in the future. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
