Excellent service

As an older person seeking a mortgage and someone who had just returned from overseas I was struggling to find a mortgage. L&C filled me with confidence that I would find one and did all the hard work for me. They found me a perfect mortgage. Very grateful as a first time buyer.

Mortgage advisor was really good, there were some complications part way through my application but these were dealt with and I was still able to buy my first home! Deeply grateful for the help and advice. I was told you could check interest rates at any time but when I made the request I didn’t get a reply so this would be my only criticism. Excellent mortgage service provider

I have used L&C on more than three occasions, including a first home purchase and remortgages. I trust and respect them for their excellent advice and for being able to bring the very best broker deals from the market to your attention. Their friendly, knowledgeable staff are not only capable at mortgage arrangements, but the important life insurance and related cover that goes with them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Overwhelmed first time buyers

My partner and myself decided we wanted to buy our first home but found ourselves totally overwhelmed by the whole process. We contacted L&C with little understanding as to what service we’d get. To say they changed our lives is an understatement. They handled everything for us, found us a mortgage that suited, found us a conveyancer that suited us and held our hands every step along the way.
