A calming haven in a turbulent sea of mortgages!

L&C Mortgages made the process of remortgaging so much easier and calmer than my previous experiences with banks! At a time when interest rates were shooting up by the week, my L&C consultant Hugo gave me great confidence and a sense of calm when helping me navigatge my choices and reach a conclusion. I'll readily admit that applying for mortgage deals makes me somewhat nervous, but with L&C their no-nonsense, confident approach means I can relax in the knowledge that my mortgage deal will go smoothly. The best mortgage advisors out there

Great Buy to Let mortgage help!

Buy to Let mortgage just coming off fixed rate: they helpfully found a new fix at a competitive rate and helped us sort the details. No charge to us. Liaised closely through the process and checked the rate again just before the rate went live. Really helpful. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Saved me time, money and stress

I was in a really difficult situation where my mortgage offer had fallen through and I was about to lose my offer on my flat. I am a solo, female, first time buyer and I found it difficult to get clear and fair help. I contacted L&C on a Thursday lunchtime and by Friday morning I had my offer. I also had a complex employment contract and situation which my broker took the time and care to understand. I couldn’t recommend them more. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
