BTL remortgages

I had 2 BTL mortgages that were coming off fixed rates. L&C were quick to find new products and also when an issue arose, found an alternative product. Both were completed quickly and efficiently and everyone I came into contact with at L&C were super friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

My fixed deal ended - 50% increase in payments

My fixed deal ended - and the mortgage payment increased by 50%, then increased another 4% one month later. I had no choice but to sell up. To be honest, it was quite hard to setup this BTL in the first instance, the communication was slow and bot 100% efficient. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

We have dealt with L&C for a few mortgages over the last few years and have always received a fantastic service. Got great advice and support and had no problem securing a good deal each time.
