Used to be good

Our experience with L&C was excellent, they were incredibly helpful and professional throughout. We were looking to release some equity and switch one mortgage into two, and we'd spoken to other advisers who were unable to help. L&C understood straight away and found us a great deal. Returning customer & service didn't disappoint

On the whole a positive experience of a remortgage of our family home to fund a flat for our daughter for uni. Communication was generally good although it would have been nice to have had just one person manage everything from start to finish rather than a mortgage advisor to start with and then being taken over by someone else once the initial paperwork had been submitted. Being able to track progress online was very useful. We have used London & Country previously for a Buy to Let mortgage and would use them again. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025
