Deep know how on market movement, great illustrative guidance while being agnostic - very analytical yet pragmatic. Most of all extremely intelligent yet friendly as if your trusted advisors. Excellent service and follow through as if they hold you by the hand and walk you through the marathon into the finish line - never leaving you in a lurch.
