I honestly don’t have enough words to thank you. From start to finish, the service I received was nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve always felt anxious and overwhelmed at the thought of the mortgage process — it felt like a mountain I’d never be able to climb. But working with L&C changed everything. I only wish I had found you sooner. What I thought would be a stressful, complicated journey turned into something smooth, supportive, and, most importantly, possible. You made it all feel so achievable. As I write this, I genuinely have tears in my eyes. I've used L&C several times for arranging mortgages...

I've used L&C several times for arranging mortgages and I always get good service and quick results. Most recently I used them for the mortgage for our new house after the mortgage advisor recommended by the builder let us down just a few weeks before the planned exchange date. Our advisor Amylee White really quickly (within 48 hours) got us an offer in principle and submitted our application right away, successfully getting us a formal offer. Then a month later Amylee contacted us for a rate check with a better deal and saved us a further £40 a month in the mortgage. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

We remortgaged using L&C after seeing they were recommended by themoneyexpert. This was a painless process (apart from borrowing a large s of money) the advice given was helpful and reasonable. I would recommend using them, contact is regular and helpful. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
