L&C Excellent for First Time Buyers

L&C were excellent through the whole process of buying my first home. Their online tools are easy to use and gave me a great starting point as a first time buyer. After filling out the online form I was put in touch with my mortgage advisor who was brilliant and guided me through the whole process from start to finish. They were easily contactable around my office hours and ensured I was able to secure my mortgage after an rejection from another provider. I would highly recommend L&C. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026

I've really enjoyed being with L&C Mortages. From taking out my first mortgage to remortgaging, L&C have supported me closely throughout the whole journey. Their agents are incredibly friendly, helpful and well-spoken. The mortgage rates they've managed to find me have also had competitive rates and have been tailored to my needs and plans for the future. It's such a shame that not more people know about them.
