I would never use anyone else, withouth L&C and their hard work, i would not have been able to get our mortgage. Everyone we have spoken to was knowledgable, and explained everything so clearly to us, giving us steps for us to do and letting us know what they would be doing behind the scenes. how to save money !!!!!

have used L&C mortgages on a number of occasions every time i have remortgaged the last time they advised a tracker mortgage i was a little bit hesitant but nothing to worry about the rate has gone down 4 or 5 times they know there stuff. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026

2nd time and just as good as the first

Just going through a 2nd remortgage via L&C. The first went through smoothly and the second is now following the same way. Kept up to date via the agents and the the advice provided to me has been great. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026

Mortgage Advice Accuracy

I approached three different independent brokers, all of whom ultimately wasted around six months by repeatedly suggesting that a mortgage wouldn't be possible despite my partner’s visa having less than one year remaining. By contrast, in my very first call with L&C, I was given a clear and precise view of which banks would be willing to lend—and that is exactly what transpired. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
