I have used L&C twice now to get a mortgage and both times they have been brilliant. They really know their stuff and know what lenders to approach depending on your particular circumstances. We got an excellent deal last time and I will use them again to remortgage when it runs out. They keep you updated throughout as well. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Great service from start to finish. We were told by other companies that we could not get a mortgage due to my personal circumstances from a previous bankruptcy, L and C got us one within a week and were fantastic throughout. Cannot fault them, will renew with them. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

I was in a difficult position, trying to get a mortgage at the age of 60 for a shared ownership house. L&C did all the hard work for me, checked their lenders and offers, and found a mortgage for me. Not only did I not have to pay L&C for this work, I actually got £500 cash back as well! The process was handled efficiently through the dedicated portal, and a free rate check was offered three months later to check I still had the best rate before exchanging and completing on the purchase. Having arranged 2 mortgages now through L&C I would highly recommend their service. In both cases they were able to find me a better product at a more competitive rate than I was able to find myself.
