I have used L&C several times now and have always been very pleased with the service. Most recently I was applying for a new buy-to-let mortgage as a self employed person (whereas I was recently a PAYE employee) and I am sure that L&C were able to offer me access to deals that I would not have been offered had I been applying as an individual. Advisors were really friendly, easily contactable and provided very clear advice on renewal options. Questions were asked of me so they really understood why I wanted certain things, I.e fixed rate to ensure that it was the most suitable option for me or whether they could make other suggestions.
