Never costed us a penny and excellent service!

L&C have never costed us a penny and yet have provided endless advice, support and a really good mortgage deal. We've gone back to L&C (and Daniel Popham specifically) everytime we've wanted to explore options with our properties and have used their services for our mortgage. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

OK but messed up

Had a couple of mortgages arranged which went OK although they can be pushy or disinterested if there isn't much in it for them. The last one was a disaster and the advisor made a mistake that meant my mortgage ended much sooner than I asked and I lost money on the saved interest. Seems like the advisor should know if you ask for a 2 year mortgage it's from the end of your current mortgage, not from the day of the quote. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
