Used L&C mortgage brokers twice.

Used L&C mortgage brokers twice. They found me good deals both times, however the first broker seemed more attentive and kept us in the loop very well. He was constantly checking throughout the process to see if there were better deals available. L&C have always helped me secure a great rate.

L&C helped me secure my first mortgage and consistently found me good value deals each time it was up for renewal. They understood what I needed, offered excellent advice and were friendly and helpful throughout. I don't even think about shopping around elsewhere. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026

A very friendly and efficient company to deal with. The supplying of information and uploading of documents was very straight forward and easy to follow. Even though your contact changes from L&C to the provider, your original L&C contact periodically 'checks in' with you to make sure everything is going smoothly. Once the application was approved, my contact at L&C advised me of a reduction in rates and I managed to secure a mortgage at 0.25% less than I had originally agreed! Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
