I have used London & Country a few times for BTL mortgages, my mortgage advisor is brilliant, he’s knowledgeable, he’s always happy to carry out a rate check in the run up to the switch and if a problem occurs which one has at the fault of the mortgage provider, he was quick to seek a resolution that offered me the reinstatement of being over charged. A stressful time made simpler

I am part self-employed and part employed so the prospect of getting a mortgage felt daunting and complicated, especially as a first time buyer. I was recommended London and Country by a colleague and they made the process so much more straight forward. Very friendly, helpful, and eager to help. Very respectable rates achieved for no fee to the customer, and the rate check guarantee helped us to save as much as we possibly could on our remortgage, and our case manager made the process pain free.
