I have used London & Country a few times for BTL mortgages, my mortgage advisor is brilliant, he’s knowledgeable, he’s always happy to carry out a rate check in the run up to the switch and if a problem occurs which one has at the fault of the mortgage provider, he was quick to seek a resolution that offered me the reinstatement of being over charged.
