Great Customer Service. James B contacted me a few months in advance before my mortgage product was running out. In general I find mortgaging or remortgaging a very tedious and onerous experience. Luckily with L&C the process is much smoother and more tolerable. Many thanks for all your efforts. And thank you James for persevering and trying to find an ideal product for me!
