I dealt with L&C for my mortgage. Their service was brilliant: clear and easy communication and everything was explained in a helpful way. Since then, I remortgaged through L&C as well, and the experience was as superb as the first time. They also helped me get a great 5-year fixed remortgage at a very competitive rate. I am so impressed by L&C, the superb customer service, the care and support. We recently used them for our mortgage and we couldn't be happier - it was the only part of our house move that was not stressful! All the services offered along the way that make life easier and the welcome pack we received when we got our keys to our new home, we felt listened to and informed throughout the process.
