Great Customer Service. James B contacted me a few months in advance before my mortgage product was running out. In general I find mortgaging or remortgaging a very tedious and onerous experience. Luckily with L&C the process is much smoother and more tolerable. Many thanks for all your efforts. And thank you James for persevering and trying to find an ideal product for me! I dealt with L&C for my mortgage. Their service was brilliant: clear and easy communication and everything was explained in a helpful way. Since then, I remortgaged through L&C as well, and the experience was as superb as the first time. They also helped me get a great 5-year fixed remortgage at a very competitive rate.
