L&C was first-class, but the conveyancers let them down

On the L&C side, the experience was first-class throughout the process. There was lots of good communication and updates, and they got me a great deal on a mortgage. Unfortunately, the conveyancing process was the only thing that let the entire experience down, which we felt was needlessly drawn out. It extended our completion by two months and ultimately cost me many thousands of pounds. If you have an option, do NOT go with Arrow Conveyancing. I have reduced the overall score as they were recommended to me through L&C. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Amazing experience from start to finish

Amazing experience from start to finish. My advisor worked incredibly hard to support me in finding a mortgage that could meet my needs. Several previous brokers and direct lenders had turned me down for support but not L&C. They persevered and found me a fantastic deal. They made my dreams of owning a home come true which is something I never thought would happen! Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

More miss than hit

Journey started off really well with the first person who searched and found my mortgage offer. It went downhill rapidly after that. At one point, the person dealing with the next phase told me she had 34 other cases open and what did she want me to do, prioritise mine? This was after not hearing from her for 2 weeks.
