I have used L&C for a few years now for both my residential and buy to let mortgages, and came back to them to remortgage both properties as well. They take the legwork out of searching around to find the best deal, and the best part is that the service is free of charge. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026

I feel my experience is very positive, all appointments that were made were on time and necessary. Any question or query I had was never too much trouble and spoke at length about my options which was very helpful to help guide me to make a decision. Everything was handled very professionally.
