L&C arranged 2 BTLet mortgages for me and their agent Johannes did a very good job by finding me very good alternatives to the company I was already with. The savings made on the new mortgages have helped me financially and I am very grateful. I should have gone to them sooner, but I was against using agents when I thought I could do it myself. Great Service

I've used L&C twice now, once to get my initial mortgage and then a remortgage. I used Samuel Butler twice and he was great. He explained anything I found confusing and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about which mortgage to go for. He was really responsive and replied to my emails in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026

Friendly, helpful and great value service

I have used L&C numerous times firstly for both mortgages and re-mortgages. At all times they have been very friendly, polite and extremely willing to help and they have great communication by both phone and email/messages. They have always managed to find a better deal than anything I could locate on the "open market". Over the 20plus years I have been a mortgage-holder this must have saved me a fortune!
