L&C have been very helpful in not only finding me the best deal for my mortgage, but also helping me through the process of discovering my borrowing capacity through a divorce. I recently had the opportunity to work with L&G Mortgages when I was looking to purchase my first home, and I was quite impressed with their service. From the start, their team was very knowledgeable and guided me through the entire mortgage application process. I initially felt overwhelmed with the number of mortgage options available, but the L&G advisor took the time to explain the different products—especially their fixed-rate mortgages. They helped me find the best deal for my financial situation, ensuring that I understood the terms and conditions before moving forward. The application process was straightforward, and I appreciated the regular updates from the L&G team. They were transparent about what documents were needed and gave me a clear timeline for when I could expect to hear back. What stood out most was their customer service. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and I felt supported throughout the process. When I finally received my mortgage offer, I was relieved to see that the rate they offered was very competitive compared to others in the market. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience with L&G Mortgages.
