L&C ensures they are with you throughout the process of home buying - they are much more than a mortgage buddy. Very candid and proactive - without giving recommendations they point of view on the state and trend of the market are pretty insightful. And not just the best Mortagage deals, they are a full forward integrated service that enables mortgage protection. And finally , they keep in touch - regularly and build relationship - of course not just for re-mortgage, but also for check out on their friends i.e. their customers. Managed to get the mortgage we needed to buy our dream home and at a great rate. Also after a survey we negotiated last minute change in house price and lender hadn’t given us the latest drop in rates but L&C managed to help sort this for us in particular Reece Evan’s..
