L&C ensures they are with you throughout the process of home buying - they are much more than a mortgage buddy. Very candid and proactive - without giving recommendations they point of view on the state and trend of the market are pretty insightful. And not just the best Mortagage deals, they are a full forward integrated service that enables mortgage protection. And finally , they keep in touch - regularly and build relationship - of course not just for re-mortgage, but also for check out on their friends i.e. their customers.
