No fees, access to all providers, lots of staff, always finds me the best mortgage and remortage, used them many times and always with great success. If one lender lets you down last minute, they will just find you the next best thing quickly. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Superb all round service

Genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and professional company who time and time again get you a mortgage deal better than you can get yourself. Other brokers charge for this whilst L and C remain fee free. They have good processes and procedures in place and are always willing to help explain things to you without getting ‘shirty’. Have used L&C twice - and wish I'd come across them earlier, and used them more over the years! Brokers always really helpful and friendly and, of course, their service is free for customers, unlike some other brokers who charge a fee. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

The strcuture was very clear, I was also aware of what the next steps were. I really liked the fact I had several points of contacts as well as a portal where I could check progress.
