Fantastic support from L&C on multiple occasions

I have used various brokers from L&C spanning back 10 years. I have bought/sold 3 houses in this timeframe, and have attempted to proceed on many, many more in between! (Issues with sellers/buyers have meant I have attempted to buy more places than I have been able to)! L&C have never once had issues with me needing to change properties, or resubmit applications. The brokers have never ever grumbled that this causes extra work for them, and they have always been incredibly polite, and very responsive to any query I had. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

We had our remortgage done through L&C, the customer service was great and the whole procedure was very closely taken care off. I did also recommend to one of my family members and they had no issues with L&C either. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
