I remortgaged with L&C, I was very impressed how easy and convenient this was. All appointments were done over the phone or by email at my convenience. I delt with the same person for most of the process, and when that wasn’t possible I was fully informed that I would be dealing with another staff member. Even when a new product had been put in place I was kept informed of better offers if there were any right up until the switch date. Overall a very stressful (in my opinion) and time consuming task, was made easy and stresses. I will be using their services again. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
