I got asked to send things I'd already sent to you bit you'd clearly not looked at everything correctly. Then it got sent to another company as it was furniture and thry deal with that. For them to ask exactly the same things. So no information had been passed on. They then send out an Inspector who was great but he hadn't been given a single bit of Information he needed. I had to find everything I'd sent to you to show him. Overall the communication was very poor between the company's and I also wasted a lot of time sending Information when none of it was even used as an Inspector came out. Read more Read less
