Reduced premium

Took out house insurance last year. Have not made a claim or needed any contact with them. They have offered renewal of policy for £3 less this year. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026

Great customer service and a fast response.

Great customer service and a fast response. I had to claim for the first time and was impressed with their fast response. The only disappointment was the amount of money I got towards the item that was damaged beyond repair. The amount would not replace the item like for like if I were to buy new. Straightforward to get quote in straightforward non insurance language. I did have to contact them to make a change but could only do via web chat but they sorted things quickly for me. Like their branding and style too. Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

Claim was reviewed quickly. As we have accidental damage add on we don’t have to worry if something gets broken. Had to provide video/photo proof. Claim accepted and paid out within 2 days..Very happy with communication from Lemonade and how they handled our claim. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

I had a generally positive experience with Lemonade. The claims process was quite straightforward and easy to follow, and communication was clear throughout. After submitting my claim, it was reviewed in a reasonable time, and I was kept updated along the way. I appreciated how simple and digital the whole process was, without needing too much back and forth. The settlement offered reflected a fair replacement value for my item, and the breakdown (including the excess) was clearly explained. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
