Customer service is great. They keep me informed about any thing do with my loans, ie due date, issues if any with direct debit. If you need to contact them they are quick to answer. They are great at sending the money over to you once you been accepted. Literally minutes. It's so easy and friendly. Reviewed on: 28th April 2025
