I haven't had to make a claim yet (fingers crossed I never do!) but any time I have had to speak to the team they have been quick to respond and are very knowledgeable on the questions I have had. Gives me a lot of confidence they would fully support me if the worst happened and my pup was hurt and needed help Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

I've had to claim and everything has been great so far ,no problems with the claims and paid out quick enough ,my only worry is the renewal price,as I've read online recently on reviews that ppls premiums have been doubled after claiming.i can never understand this as when you claim on your car insurance it's doesn't double the following year .also there will be plenty of ppl that pay every month an never claim ,to make up for the ones that do claim. It's sad as vets prices are stupidly high ,and without insurance ppl can't afford to pay them , which some times leads to ppl having to put there pets to sleep .but ppl also can't afford the prices going up on insurance .and nobody wants the pet to get I'll .also I think more insurance companies should cover pre existing conditions Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

Excellent cover and service

I've been with Lifetime Pet Cover since I got my smooth collie pup 2 years ago. I found the information easy to understand, the website easy to navigate and the cover was perfect for what I needed. I had to make a claim earlier this year, and again the procedure was simple. The claim was paid out hassle-free, and the personnel helpful an professional. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

I really cant fault Lifetime pet cover. Like everyone I am sure when looking for pet insure it is very daunting. We do all the checks, read reviews ect and I don't think I come across one company who did not have negative feedback. Even Lifetime had negative review which I found after taking out my policy. At first i thought what have I done but I should have never worried. Unfortunately my little dog had to have an operation which was stressful enough however Lifetime made it that little bit easier. My vets did tell me that some insurance do not cover for certain ops and this may be one of them but thankfully they did!!!! From approving the work to be done within a couple of days to dealing with my vets directly. I can not fault them. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019
