Lightyear is a simple way to invest in stocks and ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds).

With Lightyear, you deposit money in Vaults. You can invest as little as £1 and there is no maximum limit. You can manage the account through the website or via the app.

The fee model is incomparable with any other financial company. The use experience is impressively simple, you see, you click and tada, it's already on your account. Also being an Estonian citizen I like that they do automatic tax reports into the government which eases the whole process. Reviewed on: 7th March 2024

User friendly. Dark mode. Colourful. Multi Currency feature at interbank rate - similar to WISE. Beating out the banks. Amazing BlackRock Money Market Funds. No tax efficient schemes i.e. ISAs and SIPPs. No Shari'ah Compliant Funds (Islamic). No wealth management services e.g. tax planning and charity. Not available for Public Limited Companies (PLCs).
