I really appreciated text-balances given straight to the mobile when a purchase is made to help me keep in control of my finances. The thing I like most about London Mutual Credit Union is that they work really hard to answer queries as quick as possible and be as helpful as possible. Reviewed on: 30th June 2020

Never been involved with a credit union before. I was trying to get my finances back on track and had been unsuccessful through my bank and other agencies. I then researched LCU through the recommendation from a friend. From the start I was made feel like the staff actually cared and listened to what I was looking for. A very minimal amount of "work" was required from myself. ie: documents, proof of identity ect. I recieved the amount I request and was and still am very happy with the rates and customer service I receive and still receive. Plus I also have some savings accumating each month.
