I am happy with LMCU much improved service Over time

My experience with London mutual has been pretty good, two challenging I face is that I can't change the amount of money on my direct debit without going into branch or doing it by email. I would like for the facility available to my direct amendments over the phone. Reviewed on: 26th June 2020
