Simple To Use Via Mobile

With CU app I can login and transfer money and logout within a minute. I'm not familiar with other banks and their apps but I just find it so easy. Also I can simply send a message if I need admin help though I never do as all is great. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Always friendly helpful customer service whether over the phone or in branch, helpful with different loans to suit all as well as credit building loans! I've been with a few banks in my time but this bank really makes u feel that ur part of their banking family and always tries it's best to help in whichever way they can, I've recomend to friends and family Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

The staff at Credit union are Extremely helpful and friendly. I have mental health problems and they are really understanding. If I don’t understand what they are saying to me they go through it slowly and patiently until I do. Would and DO recommend them to everyone. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Small and family friendly bank

Very professional staff talk to you with respect, honesty. I’m a self employed who got helps from this bank when I got no help for the big bank like Barclays.
