Very likely

The staff has always been very helpful, direct one to the right place, help to fill the forms, very polite, the APR is good so it is easy to pay back loans. They help people knocking the bread line and people who are struggling. Reviewed on: 8th June 2020

Customer service is not a department but it the entire branch.

They were the first Bank that supported me when I returned to the UK from my travels after being out of the country for 8 years. The staff in the Peckham Branch are amazing and explains things properly. Reviewed on: 6th June 2020

GOOD support from London mutual Credit Union since 2009, on joining them.

i have made a long to this company twice now, and helped me get on with my finances. it helped me whilst i was on a debt management, as some bank will not accept. LMCU helps the community, and the frontline staff there are professional, in serving the people. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020
