Professional, helpful, caring and friendly credit union

I have had 2 loans with London Mutual Credit Union (LMCU) and in each occasions I was treated professionally. Staff who dealt my loan applications were friendly and efficient where application were processed quickly enough. Changed from visa to MasterCard

Since credit union changed over to MasterCard. I've hated it!!! My money's always wrong and I just don't know where I stand anymore. We're before you guys at credit union was great and always helpful now it seems like no1 knows what their doing? I ask questions and your staff don't even know the answers. Let alone have time for us customers. COME ON CREDIT UNION GET BACK ON TOP FOR THE PEOPLE.. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020

I use the credit union in Brixton and always find the staff polite and friendly. I like banking with the CU as I like the savings scheme as it encourages saving and the loans are very handy and low APR. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020
