Responsible and helpful

Their loan product is great. They always lend a responsible amount and I've never had trouble making repayments. The contribution to savings with repayments is a fantastic feature as well. Great service

Ive been with credit union for nearly 10years. They’re really great and have so many benefits. Its very useful if you need a loan etc. The interest rate is so low better than banks or high street creditors; they dont charge you if you pay off your loan earlier. Also they have a saving scheme. Which helps you to save as well as borrow, which can help your credit score, I am also love the fact my dlsavings account is not linked to my personal bank which I could have easy access to. I havent used any of there other products yet but hopefully I will in due course. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2020

Efficient Staff

I applied for a loan 4 months ago. The application form was easy to complete and staff members were very professional and efficient. My loan's interest rate was very low compared to what I was offered by high street banks. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2020
