Listening organisation

I had trouble paying for my son's school or paying my loan, when I explained my dilemma to the team member, allowance was made to allow me pay for my loan at a later date with no penalty. It was a huge relief, that my son was able to go on his school trip. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2020
