Best bank

Brilliant customer service

When you call them they are friendly and help to resolve any problems you have They offers low rate on loans which are a huge help And they have a app you can keep up to date with your statement I think there great Reviewed on: 3rd June 2020

Ease of experience

I've had nothing but a good experience whilst using the services of London mutual credit union. Customer service was always readily available and the loans were easy to apply for through my employer. 9/10 stars. Excellent Product and service

Fantastic service offering real value for money

An easy to use website with clear links to all functionality is just the start. The Customer Service team is always available to assist and will offer advice that best suits the individual rather than the organisation. London Mutual Credit Union has a completely different ethos to other consumer finance organisations; it is truly "there" when its members need it. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2020
