I have had family loans from acorn now. And several top up loans. They have really helped out for times like Christmas. The application process is simple and they are really friendly and helpful on the phone. Feel likes you are actually dealing with real people and not just computers or AI computer responses. To the rescue!!

i suffered a fall at work that rendered me disabled, in the last 4 years i made every car payment but as i was no longer employed refinancing my cars balloon was declined, i thought i would be forced into having to hand the car back at a significant loss but Acorn have come to the rescue, and i couldn't be happier with the levels of care, attention and decency. It reminded me of banking when you knew your bank manager and they could assess your needs, capabilities and situation decently and humanly. I shall be investing in Acorn from now and long into the future. If there's ONE bank that deserves loyal custom and genuinely cares about its customers it's Acorn! highly recommended!!
