There are really there to help. They respond quickly and really are efficient they have helped me out in times of need and they help you to budget which is what we need in a bank and the customer service is great. Excellent service

From the start of applying for a loan or bank account, you are treated as an individual and not a mass selling spree of a certain product. I have all been made to feel welcome and not another number buying their product. Overall fantastic customer services and treats people as people. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2020

Great features

They deliver a great service to their customers, they deliver their goals they are accurate, gives customers great features, no matter how bad your credit score is ther still meet your needs. They are great team to work with and I do recommend them to friends. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2020

Reliable, efficient and always getting a smooth transaction

I have been banking with them for the past 4 years and never once had to question why am with them. I get to save extra money from what I have borrowed. They are quick in dealing with urgent queries and fair in every way. Their Customer service is one of best, very polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2020
