Excellent service

I joined the mutual credit union in 2021 and I was able to secure a much needed loan later that year. I was provided with ample with start up the loan as well as what to expect. When I needed to change my monthly payment, it took only one call. I felt being listened and my queries were promptly and professionally addressed. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2022

Customer telephone service

Customer service via telephone has always been a great service , As I rarely get a chance to visit a branch , this is my way of banking communication. I have learnt a lot from the master classes

I have greatly enjoyed the experience with London Mutual but it is quite difficult to get credit from the Union if you have a bad credit. They should be able to help people in this area. Especially debt consolidation. Reviewed on: 1st June 2022
