Easy online application and uploading of documents for a home improvement loan. Upon approval, sign the documents and money is in your account soon afterwards. Easy process where you repay your loan and save at the same time. Will certainly recommend to others. Reviewed on: 28th May 2022

Good customer services

I like the customer services that I been receiving on the phone and in person due to my disability I struggled to talk and write however the employer will also paitien and listen to me carefully. I would the like waiting time on phone to be ruduce as sometime I will spend long time waiting on the phone. Suits my needs

I've been banking with lmcu for about 8 years now and it's services are improving all the time from the basic banking it was originally....my only complaint would be since they closed the camden branch it is a nightmare to pay in a cheque having to go to South London just to pay it in ...I would love a cheque paying in facility added to the app ..like some banks do have.. apart from that the loans offered to me are brilliant with very low interest rates ...its the first bank account I've ever had without getting myself into trouble with loans and over drafts I can't afford ..Well done lmcu the future with you is very bright Reviewed on: 27th May 2022
