When the business model changed, this was not honoured and now I stay with them for continuity and as my pets are of a certain age it's difficult to find a reasonable priced pet insurance . My pet dog was taken ill and unfortunately she had to be put down, my cover with manypets was enough to cover the vets bills... If i had not insured my pet dog i would have a very large credit card bill and the pain of losing my dog. I needs to make a claim for my pet and they were happy to talk ne through it when my vet wouldn't process a direct claim, despite ManyPets having a vet portal.
